Kompilacja Original Album Series ukazała się w 2011 roku nakładem wytwórni Warner Records i gromadzi 51 utworów na pięciu CD. Box zawiera pierwsze trzy albumy studyjne zespołu – debiutancki Hunting High and Low (1985), który przyniósł światowe hity Take On Me i The Sun Always Shines on T.V., następnie Scoundrel Days (1986) oraz Stay on These Roads (1988). Każda płyta umieszczona jest w tekturowej koszulce nawiązującej do oryginalnych okładek winylowych. Zestaw stanowi przekrój przez złotą erę grupy, która zdobywała wówczas nominacje do nagrody Grammy.
Zespół tworzą Morten Harket (wokal), Paul Waaktaar-Savoy (gitara) i Magne Furuholmen (instrumenty klawiszowe).
