Trzypłytowy album Baby Jump: The Definitive Collection ukazał się w 2004 roku nakładem wytwórni Sanctuary Records i gromadzi łącznie 65 utworów z repertuaru zespołu. Znajduje się na nim ich największy przebój In the Summertime, a także Baby Jump, Lady Rose czy Mighty Man. Kompilacja oferuje kompleksowy przegląd twórczości grupy od początków w latach 70. aż do późniejszych okresów.
W momencie wydania albumu skład tworzyli Byron Con, Steve Con, Bob Daisley, Ray Dorset i John Cook.
