M People to brytyjski zespół grający muzykę house, utworzony w 1990 roku, który święcił triumfy przez większość lat dziewięćdziesiątych. Nazwa zespołu pochodzi od pierwszej litery imienia założyciela Mike'a Pickeringa.
Kompilacja Gold na trzech CD ukazała się w 2019 roku nakładem wytwórni Crimson i prezentuje przekrój twórczości zespołu. Zestaw zawiera łącznie 42 utwory, wśród nich takie przeboje jak Moving on Up, Search for the Hero, One Night in Heaven czy How Can I Love You More?
W składzie zespołu występowali Heather Small (wokal), Mike Pickering, Paul Heard, Mark Bell i Shovell.
