Moonspell to portugalska grupa gothic metalowa z elementami doom metalu i black metalu, założona w 1989 roku. Należy do najważniejszych przedstawicieli gatunku i jest najbardziej rozpoznawalnym zespołem metalowym w Portugalii.
Singiel Far From God ukazał się w 2026 roku nakładem wytwórni Napalm Records. Na płycie CD znajduje się jedyny pięciominutowy utwór, który kontynuuje charakterystyczne mroczne i atmosferyczne brzmienie zespołu.
Skład w momencie wydania tworzą Fernando Ribeiro (wokal), Ricardo Amorim (gitara), Pedro Paixão (gitara, klawisze, sampler), Aires Pereira (gitara basowa) i Mike Gaspar (perkusja).
