Album Back to the Future - The Musical ukazał się w 2020 roku nakładem wytwórni Masterworks Broadway i zawiera muzykę z teatralnej musicalowej adaptacji słynnego filmu science fiction. Podwójny album na 2 CD obejmuje 39 utworów, w tym nowe piosenki, które do oryginalnej filmowej muzyki Silvestriego napisał tekściarz Glen Ballard, oraz klasyczne hity jak Johnny B. Goode, Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine) czy The Power of Love. Musical miał swoją światową premierę w Manchester Opera House, a później został wystawiony w londyńskim West Endzie.
