Arch Enemy to szwedzki zespół melodic death metalowy założony w 1996 roku przez gitarzystę Michaela Amotta. Charakterystyczną cechą grupy jest kobiecy growlingowy wokal, który od 2014 roku wykonuje kanadyjska wokalistka Alissa White-Gluz.
Album Deceivers ukazał się w 2022 roku nakładem wytwórni Century Media i jest jedenastym albumem studyjnym zespołu. To również pierwszy nowy album po pięciu latach od poprzedniego Will to Power (2017), co stanowi najdłuższą przerwę między dwoma albumami studyjnymi w historii grupy. Trzypłytowe wydanie zawiera 26 nagrań, w tym utwory Handshake With Hell, Deceiver, Deceiver, In the Eye of the Storm i Poisoned Arrow.
Przy albumie pracowali Michael Amott (gitara basowa, gitara, keyboard), Sharlee D'Angelo (gitara basowa), Alissa White-Gluz (wokal) oraz Jeff Loomis (gitara).
