Black Sabbath to pionierzy heavy metalu. Angielski zespół, który w Birmingham w 1968 roku założyli wokalista Ozzy Osbourne, gitarzysta Tony Iommi, basista Geezer Butler i perkusista Bill Ward, zdefiniował gatunek swoimi trzema pierwszymi albumami i wywarł wpływ na pokolenia rockowych formacji.
Album Technical Ecstasy ukazał się w 1976 roku jako siódmy studyjny krążek zespołu. To specjalne wydanie przynosi oryginalny album w remastrze z 2021 roku, alternatywne miksy autorstwa Stevena Wilsona, dotąd niewydane wersje utworów, w tym She's Gone (Instrumental Mix), oraz kompletne nagrania koncertowe z trasy World Tour 1976–77 z klasykami takimi jak War Pigs, Black Sabbath czy Children of the Grave. Box zawiera także program trasowy i plakat.
