Album Road ukazał się w sierpniu 2023 nakładem wytwórni earMUSIC. To dwudziesty drugi solowy album studyjny Coopera, nagrany na żywo w studiu z jego koncertowym zespołem. Wydawnictwo zawiera 30 utworów na dwóch CD — pierwsza płyta prezentuje 13 nowych autorskich kompozycji, w tym single I'm Alice, Welcome to the Show i White Line Frankenstein (z gościem Tomem Morellem), druga płyta rejestruje koncertowe wersje klasycznych hitów takich jak Poison, I'm Eighteen czy Billion Dollar Babies.
