DevilDriver to amerykański zespół metalowy z Santa Barbary grający groove i melodyjny death metal. Grupę założył w 2002 roku wokalista Dez Fafara, wcześniej znany z nu-metalowego Coal Chamber.
Album Beast ukazał się 22 lutego 2011 roku jako ostatni studyjny album zespołu wydany nakładem wytwórni Roadrunner Records. To piąty album studyjny w dyskografii DevilDriver oraz ostatni, w którym uczestniczył długoletni basista Jon Miller, zanim opuścił zespół (później do niego powrócił). Płyta zawiera 15 utworów, w tym wersję na żywo Grinfucked, a wśród pozostałych wymienić można Dead to Rights, Talons Out (Teeth Sharpened) czy Black Soul Choir.
W momencie wydania sześcioosobowy skład tworzyli Dez Fafara (wokal), Jeff Kendrick i Mike Spreitzer (gitary), Chris Towning (gitara), Jon Miller (gitara basowa) oraz John Boecklin (perkusja).
