Kompilacja Use Your Illusion ukazała się w 1998 roku nakładem wytwórni Geffen Records jako obszerny box set na 8 płytach Blu-ray, obejmujący łącznie 97 nagrań utrzymanych w stylu hard rock i arena rock. Wśród kluczowych utworów znajdują się November Rain, Civil War, Live and Let Die czy Don't Cry. Utwór November Rain został na potrzeby tego wydania na nowo zremixowany. Box zawiera unikalne dodatki kolekcjonerskie — replikę zestawu fanklubowego Conspiracy Inc wraz z kartą członkowską i newsletterami z lat 1991–1992, dziesięć dwustronnych litografii z kolorowymi okładkami, siedem zdjęć zespołu, repliki tekstylnych przepustek backstage z Illusion Tour, replikę biletu na koncert w Ritz Theatre z 1991 roku oraz wielkoformatowy plakat.
