Graceful Inheritance to debiutancki album studyjny zespołu Heir Apparent ze stycznia 1986 roku, pierwotnie wydany na rynek europejski przez francuską niezależną wytwórnię Black Dragon Records, a później również przez niemiecką wytwórnię Hellion Records. Album zawiera łącznie 15 utworów, w tym Tear Down the Walls, Hands of Destiny czy Keeper of the Reign. Płyta stanowi typowy przykład amerykańskiego power metalu lat 80. z elementami progresywnymi.
