Ihsahn, właściwie Vegard Sverre Tveitan, to norweski multiinstrumentalista, wokalista i kompozytor, znany przede wszystkim jako frontman blackmetalowego zespołu Emperor. Od 2006 roku prowadzi solową działalność artystyczną, koncentrując się na progresywnym metalu i avant-gardzie.
Album Ihsahn to jego ósmy album studyjny, wydany w lutym 2024 nakładem wytwórni Candlelight Records. Producentem i autorem wszystkich kompozycji jest sam Ihsahn. Materiał obejmuje jedenaście utworów o łącznym czasie trwania niemal 49 minut, przeplatających progresywne metalowe struktury z elementami avant-garde. Do bardziej wyróżniających się utworów należą Hubris and Blue Devils, At the Heart of All Things Broken czy The Promethean Spark. Album ukazał się na CD w plastikowym opakowaniu.
