Kreator to niemiecka grupa thrash metalowa z Essen, założona w 1982 roku. Wraz z zespołami Destruction, Sodom i Tankard należy do tak zwanej wielkiej czwórki niemieckiego thrash metalu. Od początkowego speed i thrash metalu styl grupy ewoluował w kierunku brzmień industrialnych i gotyckich, a po 2000 roku zaczęła tworzyć bardziej melodyjne kompozycje.
Album Terrible Certainty ukazał się pierwotnie w 1987 roku jako trzeci album studyjny zespołu. Ta reedycja z 2019 roku zawiera zremasterowaną wersję oryginalnego albumu wzbogaconą o materiał bonusowy — EP Out of the Dark... Into the Light oraz nagrania koncertowe z holenderskiego klubu Dynamo w Eindhoven. Wśród utworów na żywo znajdziecie Terrible Certainty, Riot of Violence, Awakening of the Gods, Flag of Hate, Love Us or Hate Us i Behind the Mirror. Całość ukazuje się na 2CD w digipaku.
