Keep Moving to piąty studyjny album grupy, wydany w lutym 1984 roku przez wytwórnię Stiff Records, obecnie na CD u Geffen Records. Jest to ostatni album studyjny Madness dla Stiff Records oraz ostatni krążek z udziałem keyboardzisty i członka-założyciela Mike'a Barsona, przed rozpadem zespołu w 1986 roku. Album zawiera 14 utworów, w tym Wings of a Dove, Michael Caine i tytułowy Keep Moving.
Przy albumie pracowali Mike Barson (instrumenty klawiszowe, fortepian, wibrafon, wokal wspierający), Mark Bedford (gitara basowa), Daniel Woodgate (perkusja) oraz Steve Nieve (syntezator).
