Megadeth to amerykańska grupa thrashmetalowa założona przez Dave'a Mustaine'a w 1983 roku w Los Angeles. Wraz z Metallicą, Slayerem i Anthraxem tworzą tzw. „wielką czwórkę” amerykańskiego thrash metalu. Dla Megadeth charakterystyczne są złożone struktury gitarowe, szybkie sekcje rytmiczne oraz teksty dotyczące polityki, wojny i religii.
Album So Far, So Good... So What! ukazał się w limitowanej edycji na SHM-CD (Super High Material CD) z dwunastoma utworami. Oprócz oryginalnych nagrań zawiera cztery bonusowe utwory w remiksie Paula Laniego – Into the Lungs of Hell, Set the World Afire, Mary Jane i In My Darkest Hour. Na albumie znalazł się również cover punkowego hymnu Anarchy in the U.K.
