Michael Schenker to niemiecki gitarzysta hardrockowy i heavymetalowy, były członek legendarnej grupy UFO i jeden z założycieli Scorpions. Album My Years With Ufo na podwójnym LP upamiętnia 50. rocznicę obecności Schenkera w UFO w latach 1972–1978, kiedy ukazały się albumy Phenomenon, Force It, Lights Out oraz kultowy koncertowy zapis Strangers in the Night. Album wyprodukowali Michael Schenker i Michael Voss. Na płycie znajduje się 11 największych hitów UFO nagranych na nowo z udziałem gwiazd — między innymi Axl Rose, Slash, Kai Hansen, Roger Glover, Joey Tempest, Dee Snider i wielu innych.
