The Style Council była brytyjską grupą pop-newwavową, którą w 1983 roku w Wokingu założył Paul Weller, były frontman grupy The Jam, wraz z klawiszowcem Mickiem Talbotem. Zespół eksplorował bogatsze stylistycznie brzmienie niż The Jam, łącząc pop, soul, jazz i hip-hop.
Kompilacja Long Hot Summers: The Story of The Style Council ukazała się w 2020 roku na 2 CD nakładem wytwórni Polydor i zawiera łącznie 37 utworów.
