Swallow the Sun to fiński zespół death-doom metalowy założony w 2000 roku przez Juhę Raiviogo. Ich styl kładzie nacisk na melodię i atmosferę, czasami zahaczając o rejony gothic i black metalu.
Album koncertowy 20 Years of Gloom, Beauty and Despair: Live in Helsinki ukazał się w 2021 roku na DVD nakładem wytwórni Century Media. Zapis koncertu zawiera 18 utworów mapujących dwie dekady twórczości zespołu, w tym The Womb of Winter, Cathedral Walls, Empires of Loneliness czy The Giant. Nagranie oddaje siłę i mroczną atmosferę doom metalu w wersji na żywo.
W czasie powstawania nagrania zespół tworzyli Juha Raivio, Mikko Kotamäki (wokal), Matti Honkonen (gitara basowa), Juuso Raatikainen (perkusja) oraz Jaani Peuhu (klawisze).
